"Strategic Change and Organizational Strategy" is an advanced management course aimed at enterprise managers and MBA senior students, with the aim of improving their change management capabilities and helping more enterprises better adapt to future competitive environments.
Based on the our S.O.T.C. Three-Stage One-face Strategic Change Rocket Model, this course systematically introduces the core knowledge and methodology system of strategic change and organizational strategy on which change depends.

Unit 5: Facilitate coordination within large organizations
Except Unit 5, the core part of the course is FREE. The course is Powerpoint based and taught in CHINESE.
